At Beauty Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beauty Box account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
